固体制剂生产工艺流程一体线
固体制剂生产线工艺特点是制粒，湿整粒、干燥、干整粒、混合一整条线进行操作。物料通过真空给料输送到湿法混合制粒机，经过混合制粒后输出到出料口进行湿整粒，湿整粒通过食品管连接到流化床，流化床把湿整粒好的湿颗粒吸进到流化床干燥机，干燥完成后翻转料斗对好流化床的料盆反扣固定好后进行180度翻转顺便进行出料干整粒，整好的干颗粒卸到移动料仓，移动料仓转移到下步进行料仓提升混合机混合，整过过程无缝衔接完成片剂胶囊颗粒前道工序。
